Rafters Announce 9 Game Packs are back for 2012 Season

Wisconsin Rapids, WI – October 6th, 2011.  With two seasons of Rafters baseball in the record books, the team announced today that the ever-popular 9 Game Ticket Package will be offered again in 2012.     

Back for a third season, each Rafters 9 Game Pack will include a ticket to nine different games throughout the 2012 season,  all-you-can-eat hot dogs, brats, burgers, veggie burgers, chicken sandwiches and chips from the time the gates open through the end of the 5th inning of every game, along with unlimited fountain soda and tap water. The price has increased slightly to $99 per pack but new to the 9 Pack for 2012 will be a nightly food special offered on each of the pre-selected dates.  The 9 Pack will also offer the Never-A-Wasted Ticket Policy, which allows fans to trade out their tickets to games they cannot attend for dates that work for their schedule, as well as a Rafters hat, and guaranteed promotional items.  Fans are also able to purchase packages and select seats before tickets go on sale to the general public.

“We are extremely excited to again offer a ticket package with this flexibility,” said General Manager Liz Kern. 

The season ticket renewal process is now underway as the Rafters prepare for the 2012 season.  All 9 Pack and Season Ticket Package Holders from 2011 who wish to renew their same seats for the 2012 season are asked to do so by contacting the Rafters ticket office no later than November 1st and placing a 20% deposit on their tickets.  Any ticket holders who would like to change their seats to a different location or upgrade to a different seating option for 2012 are asked to contact the Rafters between November 1st and November 23rd to do so.  If you have not purchased a 9 pack in the past, but would like to do so in 2012, please contact the Rafters office for additional ticket package information.  

The Rafters also announced their single game ticket prices for the 2012 season.  Reserved bleacher seats will be $7 and standing room only tickets will be $6. 

The Wisconsin Rapids Rafters are members of the 16-team summer collegiate Northwoods League. The Rafters will play a 70 game schedule with 35 home games in 2012.
